Kimberli Lewis has over 20 years C level management experience across multiple industries. She is a certified executive coach and systematic team coach. She also brings with her 20 years of international management experience working and/or living in over 18 countries. She has degrees from Webster University, George Washington University, Harvard University and studied executive coaching at Henley Business School in London and has completed the Masters program in Systemic Team Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching. Kimberli has been active in AoEC programs since 2012 and joined as a partner in 2014 with the goal of delivering quality certification programs in the United States.

Kimberli is an American national. Kimberli is also the owner of Global Business Therapy s.r.o and Ponytale Talk, which specializes in executive coaching and leadership programs for women. Kimberli serves in active positions on several European Boards.

John is proud to be the Founder and president of the Academy, having worked with his team to rapidly develop the organisation into a prestigious brand with International accreditation and University recognition. Prior to that he was MD of Gestalt Centre Ltd growing the business fourfold in eight years and receiving a Company Director diploma with the Institute of Directors.

As a result, he has the expertise as a coach to focus on improving business capability and in coaching executives/managers/partners on how to develop their personal competence to lead their businesses more successfully.

He is an experienced coach trainer and supervisor and an accredited coach with Association of Professional Executive Coaches & Supervisors (APECS) and the Association for Coaching (AC).

Carlos is an executive coach and leadership consultant who works internationally in multi-cultural environments. He is an expert in leadership, high performance teams, group dynamics, team dysfunction, and change.

He has 20 years international board level and senior management experience. He has worked with the best consulting firms and financial service institutions in New York, London and Latin America.

Carlos joined AoEC as a Partner in 2015. He leads the New York Office and his main goal is to deliver the AoEC accredited programs in Systemic Team Coaching for Organizations and Individuals.

Carlos is a highly experienced professional, leadership and team coach. He trained at The Tavistock Institute, and The AoEC in London. Carlos is currently studying clinical approaches to leadership and change at The INSEAD Business School in France
as part of the Executive Master in Consulting, Coaching & Change.

He is a Founding Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Coaching and associate member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations.
