Gina Lodge
CEO

Gina Lodge

Gina has over 20 years experience in management roles while employed by Shell International Chemical Co. Ltd and subsequently in IT and Education. During her career she gained significant experience in project and change management . Gina was directly involved in implementing Quality Management standards, Business Process Re-engineering projects, and IT applications. Gina managed a department of 25 handling the supply chain logistics for Shell Chemicals International Trading Co. Ltd, where she gained a detailed knowledge of International import and export procedures. The role included liaison and troubleshooting with global service companies.

Gina joined the AoEC in 2008, and is an accredited Executive Coach and a graduate of the AoEC.

Moira Halliday
Director of Training

Moira Halliday

Moira joined the AoEC in January 2009 as a Programme Facilitator and became our Director of Training in October 2009. For over twenty years she successfully combined organisational consultancy, executive coaching and psychotherapy and in her own business, working with CEOs, senior managers, leaders and leadership teams and focusing on developing effective leadership skills, organizational learning, managing change and enhancing personal effectiveness. Moira is trained in Humanistic Psychology and Process Oriented Psychology as well as being a trained mediator, experienced in conflict resolution and developing mediator training programmes.

In addition to delivering across AoEC open programmes, Moira also has responsibility for design, quality assurance, faculty development and supervision.

Being a member of the AoEC team provides Moira with an opportunity to feed her passion for realising potential for people and organisations. Moira is also committed to her own theoretical and experiential learning.

Jeremy Keeley
Non Executive Director

Jeremy Keeley

Jeremy Keeley is an experienced facilitator and executive coach with a passion for helping individuals, teams, communities and organisations develop their self-sufficiency, confidence and resilience. His work focuses on developing leaders to lead change, grow their people and make key decisions collaboratively. He has run his own consultancy business since 1995 before which he was a management consultant with KPMG for over 3 years, following 11 years as a finance line professional. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Jeremy also co-founded the not-for-profit organisation Sadler Heath which brings people together on their long term development and thought leadership. Jeremy believes a crucial skill in leadership is the ability to coach and has been associated with AoEC since our very first cohort. He works with leaders and teams in about 60 different organisations across the sectors.

Ian Porter
Non-Executive Director

Ian Porter

Ian has worked as a senior consultant to a number of recognisable world-class institutions managing strategic transformation programmes.

Ian has successfully delivered a number of large-scale strategic business, system and organisational changes achieving maximum impact using a range of commercial, consultancy and programme management skills. He has been the architect and catalyst for a range of fundamental business change programmes, including business mergers, business separations and radical changes in business process, enhancing the customer experience, generating income and providing competitive advantage.

Ian has worked in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Payments and the Public Sector and has developed a range of capabilities to complement his core programme management skills, focused on supplier performance management, service management, operations management, stakeholder management and business change management.

Inga Heath
Financial Director

Inga Heath

Inga joined the AoEC as part-time Finance Director and board member in 2013. She has worked in the finance field for over 20 years and started her career as a graduate trainee in American Express. She has also worked for Royal Sun Alliance and Lloyds Tsb in the UK and Shuaa Capital Investment Bank in Dubai. Throughout her career Inga has gained extensive experience in all aspects of Management Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis. She has also worked on large scale cost-cutting initiatives and pricing proposals.

On her return from the Middle East, Inga set up her own business working with smaller companies implementing finance procedures and streamlining processes. Inga has also recently worked on projects with Kent County Council and Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce. Being a board member with AoEC enables her to be more involved in all aspects of the company. Inga is a fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
